Sunday 15th June

Miles of Smiles are again putting a team in the Chester Dragon Boat Festival on the River Dee at Sandy Lane and hope to do really well having missed out on medals last year (although we didn't lose a race). A Great Day out is in prospect with lots of teams a big crowd and Fun atmosphere.
 
Sunday 22nd June
Chester's World Champion Thai-Boxer Dave Newbrook Fights to retain his Title at Chester Racecourse.
A full bill of top class fighters compete throughout the day and a huge crowd will be behind Dave hoping he will emulate his epic battle against Rung Nackorn and reign victorious. Tickets are available through Dave and Promoter John McNamara on www.southpawpromotions.uk.com and once again money from the day will be donated to Miles of Smiles.
 
Saturday 28th June
6 Colleagues from Sira Certification in Eccleston will attempt The Three Peaks Challenge (Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scarfell Pike) in 24 hours and hope to raise hundreds of pounds for our charity.  Anyone wishing to sponsor the event can contact Mick Hughes on Chester 341957 for details.
